1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of ASU Technologies ("ASU Technologies," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 914 SW 5th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73109, USA. By using our website, submitting a service request, or completing a booking through our checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ASU Technologies operates a customer acquisition and appointment scheduling business focused on the U.S. residential home services industry. We provide:

• Customer intake and lead qualification
• Appointment scheduling for home service providers
• Referral coordination between customers and service partners
• Customer onboarding and service matching
• Home warranty enrollment and covered-service appointment coordination

Important: We do not directly perform home repairs or installations. We connect qualified customers with licensed, independent third-party service providers who perform the work under their own terms, licenses, and insurance. ASU Technologies also offers separate business services (software development, digital marketing, staff augmentation, data entry, medical billing, and related services), which are contracted individually.

3. Booking & Enrollment Fees

Our appointment scheduling services are provided in exchange for a one-time booking or enrollment fee, typically ranging from $49 to $139 per transaction, depending on the booking level selected. Fees are charged for: initial customer intake; qualification and verification; appointment scheduling and coordination; and referral processing and service matching.

All pricing is disclosed to the customer prior to payment authorization. The booking fee is not payment for the underlying repair or installation work; the matched service provider bills separately for services performed. Fees are charged per transaction and are not recurring.

4. Payments

Payments are collected through our secure, SSL-encrypted checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Card payments are processed by PCI DSS–compliant third-party payment processors; ASU Technologies does not store full card numbers on its servers. Charges will appear as "ASU Technologies" on your card statement. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary: if we are unable to match you with a service provider or schedule your appointment, you are entitled to a full refund of your booking fee.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

Service providers to whom we refer customers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of ASU Technologies. While we take reasonable steps to refer customers to licensed and qualified providers, the provider is solely responsible for the performance, quality, pricing, warranty, and safety of the repair or installation work. Any dispute regarding the work performed should be raised with the provider directly; we will assist with coordination where reasonably possible.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information during intake; to be available (or make the property accessible) at scheduled appointment times; and to communicate promptly regarding rescheduling or cancellation. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent scheduling and matching.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of ASU Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our scheduling and coordination services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASU Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the services, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the scheduling services shall not exceed the booking fee you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
