Your booking/enrollment fee pays for ASU Technologies' intake, qualification, scheduling, and referral coordination services. It is not payment for the home repair or installation itself — the service provider you are matched with bills separately for the work performed. We do not directly perform home repairs or installations.

Is the booking fee a payment to the contractor?
No. The booking/enrollment fee pays for ASU Technologies' customer intake, qualification, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination services. The home service provider you are matched with charges separately for the actual repair or installation work, under their own terms.
When am I charged?
Payment is collected during checkout, after your intake details are captured and the exact fee has been displayed to you. All pricing is disclosed prior to payment authorization — you will always see the full amount before you pay.
Why do fees range from $49 to $139?
The fee depends on the booking level you choose. Standard Booking ($49) covers intake, qualification, scheduling, and matching. Priority Booking ($89) adds priority queue placement and verified matching. Premium Enrollment ($139) adds a dedicated coordinator, full onboarding, and rescheduling assistance.
Is this a recurring charge?
No. Fees are charged per transaction — one fee per booking/enrollment. There are no subscriptions and no automatic recurring billing.

What if my appointment can't be scheduled?
