Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear, fair rules for booking and enrollment fees — so you always know where you stand.

1. Scope

This policy applies to booking and enrollment fees ($49–$139 per transaction) paid to ASU Technologies for customer intake, qualification, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination services. It does not cover amounts you pay directly to a service provider for repair or installation work — those are governed by the provider's own policies.

2. Full Refund Situations

You are entitled to a full refund of your booking fee if:

  • We are unable to match you with a service provider for your request;
  • We are unable to schedule your appointment;
  • You cancel your booking before a provider match and appointment have been confirmed; or
  • The fee was charged in error or duplicated.

3. Cancellations After Confirmation

Once your appointment has been matched and confirmed, our intake, qualification, scheduling, and referral services have been substantially performed. Cancellations at this stage are reviewed case by case:

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional fee, or issue a partial or full refund at our reasonable discretion depending on the services already performed.
  • If the matched service provider cancels and we cannot promptly re-match you, you will receive a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

5. Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval, depending on your card issuer.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or card network rules.
